Everything we saw was pre-frozen, poorly cared for, generally unappetizing, and days old, even weeks old in some cases, being sold as “fresh.” As two former Chefs with a passion for great products, we knew we could do something to change our local access to the finest and freshest products you could be proud to put on your plate, and Fresh Fish Crew was born. We work directly with thoughtfully selected fisheries, farmers, and local purveyors to bring the Hudson Valley the same superior quality fish and seafood specialties that, in the past, only the most connected NYC restaurants could access.
