i got a call after i received a shipping notification
well beyond initial estimate.I finally recieved today
they sent me the order # T466192 and a receipt of $187.30 immediately that including an excessive shipping fee of $13.95 and a hidden charge of $7.50 for the ""over size package"". It's a done deal for them. They didn't ask me if I agreed with the totals. Judging by the way they do business
called them to complain. The lady answering the phone basically brushed me off
and paid for fast shipping. I did not receive the item till 1/2/24. On 1/6/24 I sent an email to customer support requesting to return the item and receive a refund. The description states this item is made of high quality pvc leather. The item delivered is a thin nylon material
and just sent another inquiry about the status of a return/refund. Based on the false advertisement regarding details of the item
DONT PAY FOR NEXT DAY OR 2 DAY SHIPPING. Takes about 10 business days to ship regardless
and it seems like the product team doesn't exactly know what they are doing. This hasn't just been an issue for me
but theyu2019ve gone so far downhill I can no longer use them. Their shipping partner OnTrac bizarrely refuses to deliver to certain locations and will u201cdiscardu201d your package
so itu2019s impossible to actually connect with a real human or have a concern addressed in any real way. Overall theyu2019ve gone from a 10/10 to a 0/10
but it certainly isn't fulfilling shipments. Placed an order on 3/22/20 for an item that was currently listed as having 18 in stock and immediate shipping. After several days not shipping as promised I sent an email inquiry that never got answered. Then tried their chat feature only to be told it wasn't working. Called
and promising delivery within the week by FedEx. However 6 days later they cancelled my order. I understand longer shipping times and periods of low stock in the current environment
