Any shift change will now trigger an instant SMS and email to your team with the updated name, role, and ETA; after T-12 hours, staffing changes will be frozen unless you explicitly approve. You’ll also have a single-threaded line of communication (one coordinator + one on-site lead) and a priority escalation number that bypasses the queue.
During the activation, you’ll receive live visibility through a tracker link with check-ins, photo drops, and geo-stamped coverage updates every 60–90 minutes, plus a quick midpoint pulse call to catch and correct anything in real time. We’re also adding a nearby bench of backup staff so if anyone is delayed beyond 10 minutes, a replacement is dispatched immediately and you’re notified at once.
