We typically hire cosmetology students and train them to be Master Stylists within one year of graduating cosmetology school. These associates train one on one with our in house educators. These associates get an intense amount of coaching while they help to service the Educators guests, applying color, foils, glazes and finishing the hair with blow-dries and curling.
