they said I picked a plan that called for them to pick the food the first 7 days. I asked him to pull up my order because that is NOT what plan I chose. It clearly said that I chose a woman's plan and could pick my own food. He didn't apologize or....offer to make it right. I would have been ok with the error if they would have sent me food I would eat. If I am paying $200.00 for a month of food on a diet program

  • I think it says they only care about sales and not whether or not you lose weight. There are plenty other meal services that are amazing out there and they do care about customer service. I know that Nutrisystem is less expensive
  • it really doesn't matter. I have decided to try Jenny Craig for two weeks. I am serious about weight loss and they let you pick your food. If I can look forward to meals
