it was a little more than an hour before the dealer closed. they said I picked a plan that called for them to pick the food the first 7 days. I asked him to pull up my order because that is NOT what plan I chose. It clearly said that I chose a woman's plan and could pick my own food. He didn't apologize or....offer to make it right.
