I didn't hear the letterbox close. It has a very strong spring.I don't believe the engineer called. No manager will respond re what happened.The company say my request is optional for their engineers
does not deliver the basics and cuts corners at every step.There was no preparation at all on the cabinet surfaces. Just sprayed paint over dust
imprint of plastic covering was embedded in the wet paint.I can go on but the pictures should tell the story.I am now having to pay another company to start over
