He told me that Neptune shipping had somehow listed my vehicle on the Transport Board to ship. After calling Neptune and chewing them out for making me miss my vehicle shipment I called Carlton back
but theyu2019ve gone so far downhill I can no longer use them. Their shipping partner OnTrac bizarrely refuses to deliver to certain locations and will u201cdiscardu201d your package
so itu2019s impossible to actually connect with a real human or have a concern addressed in any real way. Overall theyu2019ve gone from a 10/10 to a 0/10
