the windows and installation were completed as expected with only a few minor exceptions. The time to get the windows from ordering to receipt was over 4 months
make them use dust screens to prevent tiny aluminum shavings from being blown all over in your house. Have a pint of exterior trim paint ready for them to touch up. You tell them which windows to change the next day so you can prep just that portion of your house. 20 windows took 4 days. 1 screen was warped
their software knows it once you give them your credit card info. I tried a fake one and then it wanted me to upload my drivers license
opened one it was 3/4 charged so in my hand ready to go in three days for less than half of retail
