After several days not shipping as promised I sent an email inquiry that never got answered. Then tried their chat feature only to be told it wasn't working. Called

and promising delivery within the week by FedEx. However 6 days later they cancelled my order. I understand longer shipping times and periods of low stock in the current environment

both times my packages were stolen

they are now telling me to call USPS myself and file my own complaint and are refusing to rectify the situation. Save your money
