I never contracted with another company. I texted Carlton back trying to get more information and then called and finally got theough. He told me that Neptune shipping had somehow listed my vehicle on the Transport Board to ship. After calling Neptune and chewing them out for making me miss my vehicle shipment I called Carlton back
they sent me the order # T466192 and a receipt of $187.30 immediately that including an excessive shipping fee of $13.95 and a hidden charge of $7.50 for the ""over size package"". It's a done deal for them. They didn't ask me if I agreed with the totals. Judging by the way they do business
called them to complain. The lady answering the phone basically brushed me off
