I got the attention of Mercy Bakery and they were able to provide me with the donation letter within a day of me contacting them on the updated email address provided. I'm upping my rating from 1-star to 3-star because of this. My feedback would be to ensure you use the proper email address to be contacted on your PayPal account and ensure your website has the right phone number or way to contact you. I understand payment via third party apps like PayPal may not share the donor addresses for Mercy Bakery to send these donation letters to automatically BUT the onus on having updated information is on Mercy Bakery so donors or others can contact them and not get a voicemail box that is full or a no-response from an old email address. Other than that

at first I ask them if there is any extra charges after I make an order which they make me sure I won't be charged any
