and in such bad shape he would not accept the delivery. It was sent back to Advantage and they charged me 7000 dollars for shipping and restocking. I am disputing this amount with my credit card company

it keeps drinks warm for an adequate amount of time. Cons: the design is awful. The cap frequently leaks and gets stuck so it's impossible to open. It is the most poorly designed travel mug lid I've ever had. I've had it less than a year and it's completely unusable now
