and still got no response. I called again the following day (that's now phone call #3 & one email). I spoke with Brian again. He was polite and told me I would be getting a return label. Two days later
i got a call after i received a shipping notification
well beyond initial estimate.I finally recieved today
so I have reached customer service
there is no communication to say if I am happy with an incomplete order or if this item will be dispatched
