he called me right back. I couldnu2019t have asked for better customer service or a quicker response. His product is amazing and I would recommend the pet cages to anyone and if you ever need replacement parts
still drive will not stop. Most of all I can't get anyone from ""customer service"" to help me. Never again will I buy a powerstupid product! I would do 0 stars if I could. UPDATE: Customer service manager called me and apologized for the poor service
