After several days not shipping as promised I sent an email inquiry that never got answered. Then tried their chat feature only to be told it wasn't working. Called
and promising delivery within the week by FedEx. However 6 days later they cancelled my order. I understand longer shipping times and periods of low stock in the current environment
still drive will not stop. Most of all I can't get anyone from ""customer service"" to help me. Never again will I buy a powerstupid product! I would do 0 stars if I could. UPDATE: Customer service manager called me and apologized for the poor service
