I couldn’t be more impressed. The team was incredibly polite and professional throughout the entire process. They were always mindful of the noise, ensuring it didn’t disturb the residents, and took care to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day. What really stood out to me was seeing one of the workers assist an elderly resident, helping them into their car. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that truly spoke to their character.
