I'm upping my rating from 1-star to 3-star because of this. My feedback would be to ensure you use the proper email address to be contacted on your PayPal account and ensure your website has the right phone number or way to contact you. I understand payment via third party apps like PayPal may not share the donor addresses for Mercy Bakery to send these donation letters to automatically BUT the onus on having updated information is on Mercy Bakery so donors or others can contact them and not get a voicemail box that is full or a no-response from an old email address.
