sent to the wrong address multiple times. I have asked for a refund and not gotten it. They make excuses

they sent me the order # T466192 and a receipt of $187.30 immediately that including an excessive shipping fee of $13.95 and a hidden charge of $7.50 for the ""over size package"". It's a done deal for them. They didn't ask me if I agreed with the totals. Judging by the way they do business

called them to complain. The lady answering the phone basically brushed me off

and found an early opening in an otherwise backed up schedule to get my shed built quickly

and did a great job.Topped off with 3 yr intrest free financing
