it was a little more than an hour before the dealer closed. Finally got a text message back telling me that I had double booked with another transport company and that I needed to cancel that contract before they could ship my car. I never contracted with another company. I texted Carlton back trying to get more information and then called and finally got theough. He told me that Neptune shipping had somehow listed my vehicle on the Transport Board to ship. After calling Neptune and chewing them out for making me miss my vehicle shipment I called Carlton back
but it certainly isn't fulfilling shipments. Placed an order on 3/22/20 for an item that was currently listed as having 18 in stock and immediate shipping. After several days not shipping as promised I sent an email inquiry that never got answered. Then tried their chat feature only to be told it wasn't working. Called
and promising delivery within the week by FedEx. However 6 days later they cancelled my order. I understand longer shipping times and periods of low stock in the current environment
and then had it sit in a warehouse in Jacksonville for over 6 weeks. When they finally shipped it to my house
and in such bad shape he would not accept the delivery. It was sent back to Advantage and they charged me 7000 dollars for shipping and restocking. I am disputing this amount with my credit card company
